Bowen Health Employee Tuition Assistance Program

For Current Bowen Health Employees

The Questa Bowen Health Employee Tuition Assistance Program supports current administrative and clinical Bowen Health employees with funding for postsecondary education and encourages life-long learning. Employees may receive up to $15,000 in loans that are 100% forgiven when the employee graduates from their academic program and continues to work at Bowen Health for four years after graduation. The first $5,000 in loan funding is 100% forgiven when the employee graduates from their academic program. The additional $10,000 in loan funding is 100% forgiven when the employee graduates and continues successful employment at Bowen Health for four years.

Eligibility Requirements for Administrative Staff:

  • Successful employment at Bowen Health for at least one year, working a minimum of 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week)

  • Acceptance and/or enrollment at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university in an approved area of study; priority given to academic programs that align with Bowen Center talent needs

  • Commitment to work at Bowen Health for four years after graduation to earn maximum debt forgiveness

  • GPA of 2.5 or above

Applications will be considered and awarded twice a year. Deadlines are November 1 and June 1.


Eligibility Requirements for Clinical Staff:

  • Successful employment at Bowen Health for at least three months, working a minimum of 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week).

  • Acceptance and/or enrollment at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university (including online) in an approved area of study as determined by Bowen Health; priority given to academic programs that align with Bowen Health talent needs.

  • Commitment to work at Bowen Health for four years after graduation to earn maximum debt forgiveness.

  • GPA of 2.5 or above

Bowen Health Scholars Program

For Current Students

The Bowen Health Scholars Program supports students in high-need talent fields with funding for their last two years of postsecondary education and connects them with career opportunities at Bowen Health after graduation. Scholars can receive up to $10,000 in forgivable loans over two years ($5,000 per academic year/$2,500 per semester). This is 100% forgivable when scholars graduate and work at Bowen Health for at least two years.*

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Intent to work at Bowen Health in-person location upon graduation in a position aligned with designated fields of study

  • Pursuing a certificate or degree in a designated field (currently defined as certified medical assisting, nursing program leading to licensure, or master’s level degree in social work or licensure as a therapist)

  • Currently accepted and/or enrolled at an accredited Indiana college or university and within two years of graduation

  • A cumulative college GPA of 2.5 or greater is preferred

  • A financial gap in affording educational expenses
