Questa’s Specialized Career Scholar Programs are available to bridge the financial gap between college cost and other available resources to help individuals access college, graduate with less debt and pursue specific career fields.
Program Overview
Questa Education Foundation’s Specialized Career Scholar Programs are intended for individuals pursuing training encouraged by their employer or working toward a specific career field. These programs are typically sponsored by employers or other funding partners and have a separate application process from the Traditional or Contemporary Scholars program. Funding is available for individuals who meet the specific criteria of one of the programs below.
Application periods may vary depending on program and funding availability. View the various programs and qualifications below before submitting an application.
Loan forgiveness options vary by program and may differ from other Questa programs.

Opportunities in Healthcare
The Bowen Health Employee Tuition Assistance Program supports current administrative and clinical Bowen Health employees with up to $15,000 in forgivable loans when the employee graduates and continues working at Bowen Health after graduation.
The Bowen Health Scholars Program supports students in their last two years of postsecondary education with up to $10,000 in forgivable loans and connects them with career opportunities at Bowen Health after graduation.
Supporting healthcare students with college expenses and connecting them with career opportunities at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital. Students will be eligible for up to $5,000 a year for two years in loan funding that can be 100% forgiven when students graduate and accept employment at Cameron Hospital. Students apply through the Contemporary Scholars application.
Questa Education Foundation, in partnership with ONE, is offering a fully forgivable loan for students pursuing careers as Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who plan to work at ONE for at least three years after graduation. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $5,000 a year for up to two years in loan funding. Students apply through the Contemporary Scholars application.
Parkview Health sponsors programs support a variety of majors. These programs support students who are current coworkers and future coworkers of Parkview Health. Learn more about which program you qualify for and how to apply below.
In partnership with Stillwater Hospice, Questa offers funding for employees seeking continued education. The program offers a forgivable low-interest loan to assist in the cost of tuition, fees, books and educational expenses. Current Stillwater Hospice employees interested in going back to school should contact their Human Resource department to apply.
Special Education, Library Sciences, and Internship Opportunities
If you’re a current student pursuing a Master of Library Science degree, Questa and ACPL will fund your postsecondary education and connect you to job opportunities after graduation. You can jump straight into your dream career without worrying about paying back your loan.
In partnership with AWS Foundation, Questa offers funding for individuals pursuing a certification, licensure and/or degree in special education, and for students pursuing a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Learn more about which program you qualify for and how to apply below.
Questa, in partnership with Brotherhood Mutual, is offering an internship at Brotherhood Mutual and up to $5,000 a year in low-interest, forgivable loan dollars for college juniors and seniors.
