In partnership with the K21 Health Foundation, Questa is offering low-interest forgivable loans to individuals from Kosciusko County who are pursuing a degree in healthcare.

Pre-Medicine: Biology or Chemistry
Pre-Optometry
Pre-Physician Assistant

Registered Nurses
Requirements:
Seeking a bachelor’s degree.
Resident of Kosciusko County.
Planning on majoring in healthcare related fields.
Plan to attend an Indiana college or university.
2.5 GPA or higher for traditional students.
2.5 GPA or higher for contemporary students.
