Early this year, the Don Wood Foundation, Questa Education Foundation, and TPMA launched the "Achieving Postsecondary Attainment" initiative to advance postsecondary education awareness, access, enrollment, and completion among 12 counties in northeast Indiana. This initiative builds upon and enhances ongoing regional talent development efforts.
As part of this initiative, the team is launching an important survey to gain a better understanding of tuition assistance programs, scholarships for employees and their dependents, and their effectiveness in terms of utilization, employee retention, and more. The success of the survey depends upon wide distribution and completion, and we are hoping you can aid us with that critical piece.
“Being informed through data rather than speculation provides us with a roadmap for both celebrating progress and identifying areas for improvement,” said Patrick Buesching, vice president of strategic initiatives, Don Wood Foundation, on behalf of all three organizations. “The more employers who participate the more beneficial it is for everyone.”
The survey is primarily focused on obtaining this information from human resources departments and business leaders throughout the region. All information collected in this survey will be reported only in the aggregate and will be fully anonymized.
The survey is available now for businesses to complete. To take the survey, go to https://www.surveylegend.com/s/58g8
