Questa Welcomes Over 100 New Scholars from Northeast Indiana, Expands Support for College Students

Questa Education Foundation is excited to welcome over 100 new students from Northeast Indiana to participate in its nationally distinctive Questa Scholars program. These scholars join the ranks of more than 400 scholars currently receiving Questa funding as they pursue their college degree.

The newest cohort includes recent high school graduates and first-year college students, all of whom will receive Questa funding for the duration of their academic programs. In addition to the Traditional Scholars and Parkview Opportunity Scholars programs, Questa continues to expand its support, with additional funding opportunities available to returning college students through the Contemporary Scholars program.

Questa is proud to announce the following recipients entering the Traditional Scholars or Parkview Opportunity Scholars programs starting fall 2024:

Each student has unique interests and will be pursuing degrees in a broad array of fields, including accounting, computer science, education, engineering, nursing, medical imaging, and social work. Questa Scholars plan to join the Northeast Indiana workforce after graduation, helping to build our talent pool and our community.

Questa Education Foundation offers a unique opportunity for students to receive up to 75% debt forgiveness on Questa loans through the Traditional Scholars program. Graduates who live and work in Northeast Indiana for five years are eligible for 50% loan forgiveness, with an additional 25% forgiveness for attending a regional partner school. Through the Parkview Opportunity Scholars program, students can have 100% of their loans forgiven by working full-time at Parkview Health for just one year after graduation. These programs not only benefit scholars but also contribute to the growth of Northeast Indiana's businesses and economy by retaining local talent. Impressively, 80% of program graduates continue to live and work in the region.

Seniors graduating from any high school in Allen County can apply now to the Parkview Opportunity Scholars program. The Traditional Scholars program for all Northeast Indiana students will reopen for applications on December 1st .

Questa relies on the generosity of donors and funders to support students. Discover how you can make a difference and support a student by visiting www.questafoundation.org/support-us or call 260-407-6494.
