Questa and Cameron Hospital Partner to Fund Healthcare Students and Create a Talent Pipeline
Questa Education Foundation and Cameron Memorial Community Hospital are partnering to support healthcare students with college expenses and connect them with career opportunities at Cameron. Students will be eligible for up to $5,000 a year for two years in loan funding that can be 100% forgiven when students graduate and accept employment at Cameron Hospital. Eligible students can apply this spring for funding support next fall. Cameron is prioritizing students in the fields of nursing, surgical technology, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy; other healthcare majors will also be considered.
Questa and Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE) Partner to Fund Medical Assistant Students
Questa Education Foundation and Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE) are launching a new program to support students pursuing careers as Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs). Students in the program will receive up to $5,000 a year for two years in loan funding that can be 100% forgiven when students graduate and work at ONE for three years. The program is designed to support students with educational expenses, reduce college debt, and connect students with employment opportunities at ONE.
Questa Expands Scholarship Opportunity to Build the Manufacturing and Skilled Trades Workforce
Questa Education Foundation is excited to announce a new partnership with the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club to expand the MadeByMe Scholarship program, supporting students seeking careers in manufacturing and the skilled trades. The MadeByMe Scholarship provides Allen County residents with up to $1,000 to cover expenses for an apprenticeship, certification, degree, or other credential that prepares them to work in manufacturing or the skilled trades. Funding is not limited to tuition and fees and can be used for other educational expenses such as transportation costs, books, or equipment fees.
Questa and AWS Foundation Announce New Program for Speech-Language Pathology Students
As we celebrate Disability Awareness Month in March, Questa is pleased to announce a new program in partnership with AWS Foundation to support the need for speech-language pathology services in public schools. Questa Education Foundation and AWS Foundation will provide funding to help students complete a master’s degree in speech language pathology at Purdue University Fort Wayne or Trine University.
